The Application Support Specialist provides quality support with the operation and functionality of software applications, program applications, technical knowledge, and expertise about an application or suite of applications to the ministry. This position requires a high degree of customer satisfaction, software application, technical expertise, and timeliness.   This position is required to provide operational support to Eagle Mountain International Church during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening church services. As such, the candidate will work a specialized schedule to accommodate for hours worked on Wednesday evenings, Sunday mornings, and events, as necessary.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide support in user requirements, definition, design, development, testing, documentation, evaluation, and package selection. - Manage and support all Eagle Mountain International Church application software and essentials. - Performs systems analysis and design, employing information needs analysis, requirements analysis and design alternative analysis. - Supports and troubleshoots software by working with both end-users and vendors. - Proactively learn new applications, system updates, and system patches.‚Äč - Manage projects as assigned to ensure that application and technical support functions for Eagle Mountain International Church software, hardware, printers, and related peripherals are appropriately defined, implemented, and documented. - Assist with systems integrations and implementation. - Maintain and update technical documents and procedures. - Works with other ministry departments and third-party developers to solve application issues. - Acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of the organization’s systems and software. - This position must clearly document projects, processes, findings, and resolutions pertaining to services provided. - Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and support delivery methods to provide technically accurate solutions. - Manage workstation software, hardware, printers, and related peripherals to ensure that user requirements according to KCM/EMIC policies and standards are met. POSITION SUMMARY: The person in this position will serve as an assistant to the Video processing technician in the Media Processing Center. Under the direction of the Video Tech operates audio and video equipment duplicating television broadcast masters for distribution following intricate procedures using various types of routers, encoders, and recorders while ensuring the quality of each. Duplicates in-house video projects as needed. Should have a basic understanding of standard TV Production concepts, practices, and procedures and be willing to assist in other production areas as needed after being trained. Works with the Audio and Video Editors making sure they have the necessary sources routed and loaded for edit sessions. Receives day-to-day assignments from Media Assets Supervisor.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Under the direction of the Video Technician operates various types of routers, encoders, and recording devices duplicating broadcast masters for distribution following intricate procedures while ensuring the quality of each. - Supports the editors as source provider in the Video Processing Center during edit sessions, preparing and changing video and audio masters as needed. - Creates multiple syndication masters simultaneously using machines of various formats and standards. - Assists in the dubbing, labeling, and storage of electronic media required by producers for edit sessions. - Helps fulfill video dub requests for all in-house facilities and related out-of-house needs. Serves in other production roles as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: - High School graduate or in a senior year taking broadcast-related classes. - Hands-on experience operating television recording equipment. - Familiar with basic computer video editing.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Must be self-motivated and responsible. - Must be detailed and have good organizational skills. - Must be able to solve problems as challenges arise, so productivity is not diminished. - Should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Reports to the Production Manager. Works with the Production Team, Engineering personnel, and Producers on assigned AV Productions.  Will act as an Operator in various areas of AV Production as needed for each assigned production including but not limited to camera operation, cable grip, video shading, media processing, audio board operation, directing, lighting board operation, etc.  Assists Production Team in set-up and tear down of staging, props, lighting equipment and AV equipment.    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acts as an Operator in various areas AV Production. - Works with the Production Team to set up and strike AV Production equipment. - Works with Production Team to setup staging and props for AV Productions. - Informs Engineering personnel of equipment malfunctions. - Serves as a Lighting Assistant for the Lighting Director and Lighting Board Operator as needed. - Other duties as assigned. The DBA Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading database administration team and administering our SQL environment, managing database infrastructure initiatives by providing leadership in creating and developing the ministry’s database architecture, developing, and supporting the database applications by programming, troubleshooting, and security. The DBA Supervisor is required to be hand-on and verst in all DBA support for database administration functions, including design, development, implementation, and scripting.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for providing technical and Database infrastructural leadership and directions as required. - This position manages day to day database system administration, including daily checklists, backup verification, log review, security maintenance, performance tuning (analysis, indexing, updating statistics, etc.). - Performs duties related to installing Microsoft SQL Server environment and any other software, I including evaluation, configuration, optimization and management. - Responsible for designs, develops and manages databases for systems developed at KCM.  Optimizes configuration and physical design of databases underlying the applications. - Lead and assists developers in indexing and SQL design to optimize performance. - Performs database applications migrations between development, test and production environments. - Required to handle any problems that arise, determine the causes of the issues, and design and implement appropriate solutions. - Designs, implements, and manages backup and disaster recovery policies and procedures on an application-by-application basis to match application requirements. - Documentation of processes, implementation steps, data storage structure and repeatable process is a critical part of this position. - Lead creation, maintenance, updates and troubleshooting of SSIS packages.  - SSRS administration, updates, troubleshooting and development. - Reporting is a crucial function of this job and will be required daily and weekly to the management. - Review, test, update and document detailed disaster recovery/business continuity plans for key production SQL Servers (database mirroring, log shipping, replication, clustering) in a VM/SAN environment. - Reviews, tests, recommends and installs upgrades of database software, including patches and major releases. - Manage and performs ongoing performance monitoring and tuning of databases. - Participates in data conversion design including, migrations, data cleansing, data propagation, etc. - Mentors, Train and develop the DBA team. - Performs other duties as assigned.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Coordinate’s activities of up to 4 DBAs.  Assigns tasks, manage DBA architecture, infrastructure, and supports. This position oversees, manages and/or coordinates all aspects of spirit-led and faith-building music, drama, dance, visual and other artistic expressions of worship campus-wide. The Music and Worship Arts Director is committed to a blended/convergence worship style that is creative, visionary, flexible, diverse and consistent with the Heritage of Faith of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. The position reports to the EMIC Director of Operations.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Works closely with the senior pastors to develop worship programming that supports and enhances their vision and goals for our congregation and partners. - Develops, oversees and/or coordinates the growth of all campus-wide music and worship arts programs for all ages. - Responsible for the creation, development, and direction of the church choirs for: - Adult - Young adult - Youth - Children - Plans and provides program development and leadership for EMIC Worship Nights; Provides a platform for guests and new talent. - Provides musical support for visiting ministers/guests with appropriate music. - Manages the musical flow for prayer meetings. - Key producer of musical writing, orchestration and execution of musical productions. - Develop band for children, youth, and young adults; Includes musical instrument instruction. - Provide and develop support for KCM meetings. - Teach technical school including music theory, fundamentals of instrumentation. - Provides community outreaches via teambuilding for music lessons and events. - Develop songwriters. - Develop new music team for church planting efforts. - Key contributor and manager of Television/Network Productions. - Write music for Spots, Opens, Closes, Programming. - Oversees the spiritual and artistic development of music teams by equipping and ministering to the individual members of those teams. - Oversees the spiritual and artistic development of the various worship arts leaders and teams by ministering to them through prayer, teaching, coaching, training, mentoring and Godly example. - Works in coordination and consultation with the KCM Music Consultant to promote worship arts continuity and integration ministry-wide. - Teaches or preaches in EMIC/KCM services and Kenneth Copeland Bible College when scheduled. - Encourages high standards of spiritual commitment and ministry excellence in all worship arts team members, holding them accountable for their public ministry at EMIC/KCM. The Eagle Mountain International Church e-pastor must be dedicated to the mission and vision of the church and advancing that vision within our online audience.  The e-pastor must be able to strategically foster pastoral connections with e-members that will facilitate their connection to EMIC.  The successful candidate will develop online discipleship programs geared toward cultivating e-members faith in Jesus and their understanding of the Word of God.  The e-pastor will be the primary point of contact for our online congregation and will work to connect e-members to online groups, online activities and events, weekly online services, and more.  With direction from EMIC senior pastors and church leadership, the e-pastor will establish and perpetuate EMIC’s online influence with the goal of continued expansion onto every available voice.  This individual will be responsible for developing a viable, dynamic, well-balanced ministry strategy for the purpose of achieving measured growth within the online community.  Additionally, the e-pastor serves as a part of the pastoral team and is responsible for connections and pastoral duties beyond their main demographic as directed by leadership.  This position reports to the Director of Church Operations.    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preach, teach, and minister to e-members and the online congregation through multiple avenues of communication, including but not limited to online services, in-person events, online bible studies, online groups, victory campaigns, conventions, etc. - Establish and cultivate pastoral relationships with e-members for the purpose of connecting them to the mission of the church. - Utilize all available technologies to interact with and communicate with our online congregation. - Establish a strategic program that ensures every e-member has a point of connection with the church. - Develop, mentor, and train volunteer leaders and teams to facilitate ministry activities online and in-person. - Develop strategic relationships with EMIC/KCM stakeholders for the purpose of ministry to our online congregation. - Establish specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals for the overall growth of our e-members and online followers. - Manage the guest follow-up and assimilation programs for new online followers and e-members. - Develop and implement plans and procedures to cultivate EMIC’s social media influence with the goal of moving social media follows into e-membership. - Minister in various capacities outside the online community as part of the expectations and requirements of the EMIC Pastoral team. - Partner with and minister to online congregation members to provide pastoral support in the spirit of faith during times crisis. - Acts as an armor-bearer. - Respond to communications from e-members and the online congregation. - Contribute to the church’s website and web-based social media design and development to ensure a consistent brand and message are provided throughout. Possesses an excellent eye for detail to ensure accuracy and Quality Assurance (QA) testing.    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primarily working within the KCM CMS platform to maintain, schedule, and post content, data, images, tags, and files. - Add, modify, and monitors content on our marketing WordPress sites. - Flow raw content provided by ministry-wide content providers through the editorial process, including editing, proofing, QA, and approvals. - Ensure that website content and online properties, including social media, are supported according to KCM’s strategic objectives. - Test functionality (QA) ensures that applications, features, links, and other site functions perform as expected for end-user UX/UI experience, including all browsers and mobile/response design. - Assist in responding to our constituents via social channels and through our partner community.  - Quality Control (QC) content loaded into different platforms for KCM entered by other content providers. - Assist the Communications/Marketing department with various projects. - Prioritize workload and perform other related duties and assignments as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: - High School diploma required - Marketing or Communications related bachelor’s degree preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Exhibit creativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for web work - Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position oversees the WordWorks bookstore, ensuring all areas of the bookstore exemplify the vision, priorities, spirit of faith and love of the Sr. Pastors.  Ensures the bookstore ministers to the needs of the people and all items in the bookstore comply with the mission and vision of the church.    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees strategic planning and execution of initiatives, budgets, special projects, facility improvements, and personnel. - Oversees the development of procedures for the bookstore that ensures administrative soundness, overall communication, cost control, results in analysis, and organizational continuity in accomplishing overall vision and priorities. - Training and supervision of all bookstore associates. - Oversees vendor relations. - Works with the EMIC Service Teams to connect the bookstore to regular service teaching series and special guests. - Works with the Communications Manager on marketing strategies and sales promotions for the bookstores. - Effectively communicate with and manage schedules for staff and volunteers. - Work alongside and serve other EMIC depts. and KCM. - Continually reviews responsibilities, processes, and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. - Manages budgets providing accountability on all expenditures, continually analyzing major and operational expenditures. - Works with departments, Management, and Accounting to plan and prepare budgets. - Compiles quarterly and annual reports for Management. Responsible for attaining goals and managing issues related to those goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: - High School Graduate - College preferred.
