POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as an assistant to Video processing technician in the Media Processing Center.  Under the direction of the Video Tech operates audio and video equipment duplicating television broadcast masters for distribution following intricate procedures using various types of routers, encoders, and recorders while ensuring the quality of each.  Duplicates in-house video projects as needed.  Should have a basic understanding of standard TV Production concepts, practices and procedures and must be willing to assist in other production areas as needed after being trained.  Works with the Audio and Video Editors making sure they have the necessary sources routed and loaded for edit sessions.  Receives day to day assignments from Media Assets Supervisor.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Under direction of Video Technician operates various types of routers, encoders and recording devices duplicating broadcast masters for distribution following intricate procedures while ensuring the quality of each. - Supports the editors as source provider in the Video Processing Center, during edit sessions, preparing and changing video and audio masters as needed. - Creates multiple syndication masters simultaneously using machines of various formats and standards. - Assists in the dubbing, labeling and storage of electronic media as required by producers for edit sessions. - Helps fulfil video dub requests for all in-house facility and related out-of house needs. Serves in other production rolls as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: - High School graduate or in senior year taking broadcast related classes. - Hands on experience operating television recording equipment. - Familiar with basic computer video editing. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Must be self-motivated and responsible. - Must be detailed and have good organizational skills. - Must be able to solve problems as challenges arise so productivity is not diminished. - Should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: - Tape machines including: IMX, Beta, DVD, SVHS, MAC based non-linear editing systems for loading and exporting in the edit suites. - Routers, waveform monitor, standards converter and network hard drives. DVD duplicators and printers.   TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while performing duties. - Must be able to climb ladders, step stools and stairs without assistance while carrying electronic media.  - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds over head without assistance.  - Primarily tape boxes and production equipment. POSITION SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, assists the Director of Church Operations with administrative and operational responsibilities of EMIC including creating process documentation, identifying gaps, providing solutions, facilitating teams, and project management. POSITION SUMMARY: Barista is responsible for ordering and stocking all items necessary for coffee bar. Must be able to consistently produce espresso drinks with quality and excellent customer service. Must be aware of upcoming events and plan accordingly. POSITION SUMMARY: This position oversees, manages and/or coordinates all aspects of spirit-led and faith-building music, drama, dance, visual and other artistic expressions of worship campus-wide. The Music and Worship Arts Director is committed to a blended/convergence worship style that is creative, visionary, flexible, diverse and consistent with the Heritage of Faith of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. The position reports to the EMIC Director of Operations.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Works closely with the senior pastors to develop worship programming that supports and enhances their vision and goals for our congregation and partners. - Develops, oversees and/or coordinates the growth of all campus-wide music and worship arts programs for all ages. - Responsible for the creation, development, and direction of the church choirs for: - Adult - Young adult - Youth - Children - Plans and provides program development and leadership for EMIC Worship Nights; Provides a platform for guests and new talent - Provides musical support for visiting ministers/guests with appropriate music - Manages the musical flow for prayer meetings - Key producer of musical writing, orchestration and execution of musical productions - Develop band for children, youth, and young adults; Includes musical instrument instruction - Provide and develop support for KCM meetings - Teach technical school including music theory, fundamentals of instrumentation - Provides community outreaches via teambuilding for music lessons and events - Oversees all rehearsals related to the campus-wide music program to insure professionalism, timeliness and productivity - Conducts auditions and rehearsals, and directs all development, training and selection of team members for all praise and worship and music teams - Develops skill sets of all music team members for special audio and video recordings - Oversees the maintenance of ACS roster and Planning Center Online databases of all praise and worship team members and potential substitute musicians -   POSITION SUMMARY: Kenneth Copeland Ministries has an opening for an Email Marketing Manager at our headquarters in Newark, TX. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. The Email Marketing Manager is the primary owner of KCM’s email program and is responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. POSITION SUMMARY: The Purchasing Agent is given the authority by the ministry to act as a representative, official, or emissary for the purpose of purchasing a wide variety of materials.  The position primarily purchases for our IT Department while providing support for other ministry projects.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work directly with local and national vendors to negotiate the best price for each item by sending out bid requests. Determines which vendor would be best suited for each specific job.  This is based on price, quality of work, turn around time, history and reliability of vendor - Research and Bid/Quote for budgeting purposes and turnaround times - Work as a liaison between KCM and vendors to coordinate all job specifications and delivery scheduling. POSITION SUMMARY: Loads and manages content within our Website’s CMS.  Works directly for the Project Manager—Online Marketing and closely with the content providers, writers, editors, designers, web development staff to keep new content flowing to our site(s).
