Responsible for rendering accurate and timely Accounts Payable payments to all vendors. Assist in credit card transaction processing and managing cardholder accounts. This position supervises Accounts Payable.  This includes Accounts Payable personnel, reconciliations, reporting and all ministry payments.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring all bills are paid & recorded timely and accurately. - Ensure staff follows proper accounting/coding policies and procedures. This includes managing DSK's and coding. - Coordinate monthly close process ensuring all members of the team are working toward the same goal. - Employee reports & notifications are produced on time every month and reported to management. - Produce a manager approved list of reports and monthly reconciliations with scheduled due dates. - Produce a workflow of steps and due dates for employee reports and notifications, (credit cards, expense reports, employee reimbursements, etc.…) - Produce a list of statistical reports with target dates. The Alumni Coordinator works under minimal supervision and direction of the Associate Dean of Administration of Kenneth Copeland Bible College. This position has the primary responsibility of strengthening the ongoing relationship of our graduates with Kenneth Copeland Bible College, Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Victory Channel and Eagle Mountain International Church. This position coordinates non-academic areas and is responsible for alumni-related services including, but not limited to, alumni communication, engagement, ministerial opportunities and resources, and donor support.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide strategic oversight of alumni engagement plans and programming for continued institutional advancement. - Provide direct communication with alumni regarding events, resources, educational and ministry opportunities. - Build and maintain an alumni database for continued connection and support of Kenneth Copeland Bible College. - Develop, implement, and oversee KCBC's strategy to support and facilitate ministerial placement, licensing, and ongoing advisement of alumni. Coordinate and oversee KCBC donor engagement initiatives. Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of the alumni office. - Assist in preparing and responsible for operating within the annual budget for Alumni Relations. Alumni Events - Coordinate and execute alumni events including reunions, tailgates, KCBC lecture series, donor receptions, leadership initiatives and awards, KCBC/Community networking, mentorship events, and other alumni-related opportunities at KCBC, EMIC or KCM locally, internationally or through media outlets. - Keep records of activity including events and contact reports. Arrange alumni travel and process expenses and reimbursements with a high level of accuracy.  Alumni Database and Research - Work with our IT development team to oversee alumni contact information research and database updates, coordinate requests of all mailing/emailing lists from or on behalf of KCBC; manage alumni contact information updates; research alumni in various cities for contact and job information, reunions, chapters, affinity, and geographical alumni group Alumni Communications - Coordinate alumni communications with a high level of attention to detail, including management of alumni email accounts, invitations, and updates. - Lead in the development of alumni-related communication -written, online/website, television, and social media to strengthen our alumni connection and raise the visibility of KCBC. - Link KCBC to new contacts and networks, thus helping to increase in volume of students. Manage and coordinate integration with all KCBC Departments, including administration, faculty, staff, and students to ensure alumni relations activities are aligned with KCBC strategic priorities. - Manage and coordinate integration of KCBC alumni initiatives throughout all l<CM entities and departments to ensure alumni relations activities are aligned with the RCOTW strategic priorities. - Strengthen communications and cooperation between various alumni components of l<CBC. Works under minimal supervision to perform custodial and maintenance duties in and around the aviation facilities. Troubleshoots, performs minor repairs and responds to emergency calls for service. The Mechanic Technician 3 is responsible for maintaining continuous airworthiness of all KCM owned and managed aircraft (to include, but not limited to, Gulfstream V, Cessna Citation 750, Cessna CE-550, Pilatus PC-12, Beechcraft Baron BE-55, Beechcraft Bonanza V35, Cessna 172) and other duties as assigned.  Performs pre- and post-flight inspections, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and replacement of parts on assigned aircraft using methods, techniques and practices set forth by the aircraft or component manufacturer. Follows the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s) and proper manufacturer’s maintenance manuals or other instructions for continued air worthiness while ensuring compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD’s).  Demonstrates willingness and ability to participate in planning, construction, logistics, and other non-aviation activities in support of the deployment are essential components of this position. Must possess a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power plant certificate.  Must provide own basic tools and tool storage. The Minister of Helps supports the Operations Manager, primarily in the areas of facilities and volunteer’s coordination for services/events. The primary focus of this position is to provide leadership for staffing, training and scheduling of Adult Service Teams. This individual will also provide Spiritual Development through preservice devotions and prayer. The minister will provide leadership to the user-friendly task force and will make and ensure user friendly recommendations are implemented. The minister will ensure that EMIC facilities are properly maintained, set up and prepared for scheduled events and services. Additionally, will direct and develop EMIC members into an active role of service in the church by maintaining, developing and coordinating a response system for effective recruitment, development, placement, evaluation and appreciation of MOH teams. Work closely with and in conjunction with other service coordinators to ensure effective placement and utilization of volunteer team members   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership/User Friendliness - Provides direct leadership and spiritual development to the following adult service teams: ushers, hostesses, greeters, first time guest team, traffic, information station, shuttle bus team, and Connect team (children's check-in). - Provides leadership to the user-friendly task force. Implements team recommendations. - Is the primary customer service manager to assure that campus facilities, programs and services are user-friendly. - Provides oversight for the EMIC services setups, as well as the day-to-day setups throughout EMIC/KCM. - Supervises the MOH coordinators to ensure they are completing task in a timely manner and with excellence. Service Coordination - Maintain and follow policy and procedures of KCM/EMIC in the set-up of events and use of equipment. - Work with the Operations Team to plan and carry out all events including the set up, and strike of scheduled events in all said facilities. - Responsible for upkeep of all said facilities by communicating maintenance and housekeeping needs to KCM Building maintenance and housekeeping departments. - Responsible for inventory, maintaining control and ordering of supplies and equipment for all said facilities and volunteers. - Responsible for orderly arrangement and upkeep of EMIC ancillary supplies, including but not limited to tables, chairs, food items, communion supplies, benevolence product and other items as needed. - Distributes incoming orders and supplies to the right locations as needed. (Food orders, operational supplies, etc.) - Facilitates the use of furniture, decorations, etc. for an event or project, and the actual setup, subsequent teardown, clean up, and restoring of all facilities to ministry standards. - Responsible for upkeep of EMIC baptism robes, towels, clothing and making arrangements for the cleaning and storage of those items. - Responsible for the collection and securing of all regular and special offerings. - Maintains allocated storage facilities in conjunction with ministry standards. - Ensures KCM Security is notified of all services, events and meetings and works with security to ensure all legal and safety procedures are addressed and implemented in EMIC facilities. - During services the MOH Minister is responsible for all issues pertaining to said facilities in relation to lighting, heating/cooling, and access. - During services the MOH Minister is responsible for all issues pertaining to adult service teams including; ushers, hostesses, greeting and first time guest teams, security relations, traffic team, shuttle bus drivers, information station, and children's check-in. Ministry of Helps Coordination - Develop, coordinate, and implement an effective MOH program. - Work closely with and train departmental leaders to assess staffing needs. Work with leaders to prepare for, recruit, place orient, utilize train and promote MOH team members ensuring consistency throughout departments. - Utilize member, donor and other databases to maintain a catalog of MOH positions with skills and abilities required and match them to applicants and track MOH assignments. - Work closely with other church departments to plan and implement training, promotion, leadership development and appreciation of MOH teams. - In conjunction with other departments develop written training manuals, policies for successful operation of services. Manuals will be written in such a format that they can be shared with other churches. - Performs other duties as assigned.
