To supervise Accounts Payable.  This includes Accounts Payable personnel, reconciliations, reporting and all ministry payments.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring all bills are paid & recorded timely and accurately. - Ensure staff follows proper accounting/coding policies and procedures. This includes managing DSK's and coding. - Coordinate monthly close process ensuring all members of the team are working toward the same goal. - Employee reports & notifications are produced on time every month and reported to management. - Produce a manager approved list of reports and monthly reconciliations with scheduled due dates. - Produce a workflow of steps and due dates for employee reports and notifications, (credit cards, expense reports, employee reimbursements, etc.…) - Produce a list of statistical reports with target dates. (Can include phases). - Report weekly and monthly to supervisor on assigned reports, stats and reconciliations. - Review 1099 reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness of filing with the IRS. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: - Responsible for interviewing and hiring of accounts payable staff. - Maintain attendance records and performance appraisals of direct reports in the accounting department. - Oversee multiple personalities and job functions in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a positive teamwork attitude among staff. - Oversee daily processes and accurate recording of expenses. - Minister to and pray with staff on an ongoing basis; to encourage, stimulate and aid their spiritual and character development in the continuation of carrying out the vision of this Ministry. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: - Accounting degree not required. - Two to three years accounting experience in non-profit environment. - Two to three years of supervisorial experience. The FOH Engineer needs to have experience with large format, digital consoles and have experience mixing in large venues. They need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to troubleshoot on the fly. They need a broad knowledge of varying audio systems and be able to learn new ones. This position is primarily for live audio but not limited to it. The Audio Post Engineer needs to have experience with digital audio work stations, primarily Avid Pro Tools, and sweetening audio for broadcast. They need a broad knowledge of varying audio systems and be able to learn new ones. This position requires flexible hours due to varying deadlines. This position is primarily for audio post production but not limited to it. Live broadcast engineering for the Victory Channel shows is also poentially part of this position.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide mixing and editing services for television, and radio broadcasts, as well as spots, and segments. - Perform audio post production editing for shows like Revival Radio Television, EMIC Announcements, Victory Campaigns and Specials. - Record and edit voice overs, and organize voice over file archive. - Build and maintain sound effects library. - Be creative with sound design and sound effects elements in promos and spots. - Function as Broadcast Audio A1 or A2 for live events, broadcasts and recordings. - Serve as production sound mixer for on location video shoots. Barista is responsible for ordering and stocking all items necessary for the coffee bar. Must be able to consistently produce espresso drinks with quality and excellent customer service. The Chief Correspondent / Assignment Editor is the lead on-air presenter for Victory News and assigned programs and projects. The CC/AE also leads story review, selection, and assignment to all news writers. Duties also include researching and writing original news and investigative reports on select topics.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as lead on-air news presenter. - Work with other on-air presenters to sharpen their on-air skills and help ensure uniform on-air look. - Write stories/articles each week as assigned/determined by ND/ME for Victory Channel programming and online outlets. - Produce original written copy of news articles and investigative reports for Victory Channel based on stories assigned or approved by ND/ME. - Conduct research on assigned or approved stories to obtain factual information and ensure accuracy. - Take direction on content and style from ND/ME and make revisions as directed. - Edit, revise, and review content before publishing/broadcasting. - Submit material in a timely manner for publication in the required and expected format. - Follow journalistic standards for proper citation, paraphrasing, quotation, and use of copyrighted material. - Travel as needed/assigned to produce on-camera news media interviews or other video formats. - Perform other duties as assigned. Eagle Mountain International Church ePastor must be dedicated to the mission and vision of the church and advancing that vision within our online audience.  The ePastor must be able to strategically foster pastoral connections with eMembers that will facilitate their connection to EMIC.  The successful candidate will develop online discipleship programs geared toward cultivating eMembers faith in Jesus and their understanding of the Word of God.  The ePastor will be the primary point of contact for our online congregation and will work to connect eMembers to online Groups & eGroups, weekly online services, and more.  With direction from EMIC senior pastors and church leadership, the ePastor will establish and perpetuate EMIC’s online influence with the goal of continued expansion onto every available voice.  This individual will be responsible for developing a viable, dynamic, well-balanced ministry strategy for the purpose of achieving measured growth within the online community.  Additionally, the ePastor serves as a part of the pastoral team and is responsible for connections and pastoral duties beyond their main demographic as directed by leadership.  This position reports to the EMIC Groups pastor.    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preach, teach, and minister to e-members and the online congregation through multiple avenues of communication, including but not limited to online services, in-person events, online bible studies, online groups, victory campaigns, conventions, etc. - Establish and cultivate pastoral relationships with e-members for the purpose of connecting them to the mission of the church. - Utilize all available technologies (i.e., Church Record Management system, texting tools, e-Mail and analytical tools) to interact with and communicate with our online congregation. - Establish a strategic program that ensures every eMember has a point of connection with the church. - Develop, mentor, and train volunteer leaders and teams to facilitate ministry activities online and in-person (local to eMembers). - Develop strategic relationships with EMIC/KCM/KCBC stakeholders for the purpose of ministry to our online congregation. - Establish specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals for the overall growth of our eMembers and online followers. - Manage the guest follow-up and assimilation programs for new online followers and eMembers. - Develop and implement plans and procedures to cultivate and assist EMIC’s social media influence with the goal of moving social media followers into eMembership. - Minister in various capacities outside the online community as part of the expectations and requirements of the EMIC Pastoral team. - Partner with and minister to online congregation members to provide pastoral support in the spirit of faith during times of crisis. - Respond to communications from eMembers and the online congregation. - Contribute to the church’s website and web-based social media design and development to ensure a consistent brand and message are provided throughout.
