    Prayer Training Coordinator

    Prayer

    8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Thursday

    Responsibilities

    POSITION SUMMARY:   Works under moderate supervision to coordinate training for the Prayer Call Center to ensure that the goals and objective for training are accomplished.  Facilitate the definition of training requirements for the Prayer Call Center. Lead planning and/or implementation of training for the Prayer Call Center.

     

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicates with supervisors to identify training needs and maps out development plans for teams and individuals.
    • Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs.
    • Facilitates learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
    • Uses known education principles and stays up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
    • Assesses instructional effectiveness and determines the impact of training on team members’ skills.
    • Maintains updated curriculum and training records.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans for training for the Prayer Call Center.
    • Provide expertise and coaching to Prayer Minister leads to torque performance competency in coaching, teaching, training, and mentoring.
    • Provides performance feedback and assists team members with plans for development and training.
    • Participates in strategic planning initiatives related to improving the overall effectiveness of the KCM Call center including, but not limited to creative idea sharing, intelligence gathering, and performance reporting, and participating in cross-departmental meetings focused on improving the services provided to KCM partners.
    • Listen to prayer calls and provide a written spiritual assessment for review.
    • Listen to prayer phone calls and provide written assessments to assist with quality control.
    • Develop comprehensive training plans that are prioritized into short and long- term goals to assist with the training of Prayer Ministers
    • Track performance of Prayer Ministers, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals.
    • Performs other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

    Qualifications

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of responsible experience in coordinating training and facilitating teams in concepts in training.
    • Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of teams.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ministerial experience with Kenneth Copeland Ministries preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, sometimes involving complex situations.
    • Attention to detail, actively listens, and always follows appropriate channels of communication.
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
    • Experience with e-learning platforms.
    • MS Office proficiency.
    • Knowledgeable in Kenneth and Gloria Copeland teaching materials and beliefs.
    • Born-again believer filled with the Spirit and adheres to and is in total agreement with the KCM Mission Statement.
    • Spiritually and emotionally mature, portraying a Godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle and behavior of a Minister of the Gospel, as outlined in the Word of God and KCM ministry handbook.
    • Practical application of faith in the Word of God in daily living.
    • Responsible to practice the Scriptures concerning tithing. Malachi 3:10.

    Other:

    • Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
    • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
    • Must maintain a good attendance record
    • Must be a member of EMIC, and support the leadership of EMIC.
    • Must attend church services on weekly basis.
    • Must be a part a prayer group on a consistent basis.
    • Must be a regular tither.
    • Must possess a servant’s heart.
    • Sensitive to needs of others, which includes a love and commitment to the members and congregation of EMIC and Kenneth Copeland Ministries staff.
    • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with diverse groups of people, considerable skill and diplomacy in communication. Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside departments or groups. 

    TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Must be able to Lift 30 lbs.
    • Must be able to sit and work at a computer. 

    TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:

    • Ability to maintain composure and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Uses time efficiently, able to deal with frequent change or unexpected events.
    • Copes with sensitive situations and does not disclose confidential information. 

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Sitting and/or standing for extended period of time.
