    8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Thursday

    Responsibilities

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Provides creative and production support for video and audio projects, as assigned, including spots, segments, features and program elements to support broadcast programming, internet, and events.

     

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop concept, research subject, write script/copy and determine visuals for projects as assigned
    • Reports to the TV Broadcast Producer and TV Producer – Spots & Segments
    • Follow creative, logistic, and financial goals determined of each project
    • Schedule project tasks from pre-production through post-production for projects assigned
    • Involved in creative meetings to develop new concepts and ideas
    • Involved in shoots and post sessions
    • Quality control audio and video elements of projects assigned
    • Responsible for project through delivery to client or edit facility
    • Responsible for project closeout steps, including file management and providing music cue sheet information
    • Work with outside production related facilities or contract labor as needed

    Qualifications

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Education and Experience:

    • College degree or equivalent. A minor, or area of concentration, in art, journalism, business or communications helpful.
    • 3 years of experience working in a production related facility that demonstrates creative and logistic aptitude.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point helpful
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere helpful
    • Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling rules
    • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and able to work well with people in collaborative settings
    • Must have strong organizational skills, good attention to detail and ability to manage high volume of work efficiently
    • Good time management skills
    • Trustworthy to be able to handle confidential information such as numbers and contact information professionally
    • Positive attitude, adaptable to change, professional approach and presentation
    • Capable of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to follow directions accurately, meet due dates
    • High level of maturity, respectful with servant’s heart to serve Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, staff, partners and friends of KCM

    EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

    • Computer, cell phone, tablet, hard drive, camera card reader, DVD/CD duplicator, television, Apple TV & Roku devices, copier, scanner, printer, telephone, fax machine, time code calculator

    TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Able to lift 30 lbs.
    • Must be able to sit, working at a computer for a minimum of seven hours per day
    • Must be able to climb stairs
    • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate equipment listed above and any other standard office machine
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
    • Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, move or carry production type equipment or related office items

    TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:

    • Capable of working in fast paced work environment with the ability to follow directions, meet due dates and make sound decisions
    • Must be able to receive, retain and communicate production related information and direction
    • Must be able to grasp and apply new ideas
    • Must relate and interact with people well at all levels

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Works in normal office and production settings, studio environment, or remote location.
    • Must be willing and able to travel as needed
    • May require longer hours to complete a project, must be flexible in work schedule per week

    OTHER:

    • Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
    • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division
    • Must maintain a good attendance record
