Quality Control Lead

Partner Mail

8:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday



Reports directly to the Remittance Processing Supervisor. Performs Quality Control on work completed by Team Members in Partner Mail. Makes training recommendations based on error trends.



  • Maintain efficient and accurate mail processing by performing quality control checks on work completed by Mail Processing Specialists within Partner Mail guidelines and policies, on a daily basis.
  • Researches and resolves processing discrepancies
  • Coaches via emails with corrections to Mail Processing Specialists enabling them to correct the errors
  • Periodically sits with Mail Processing Specialists for coaching based on error trends
  • Extracts daily statistics and reports to Remittance Processing Supervisor along with any issues/questions regarding policies and procedures
  • Makes training recommendations to Remittance Processing Supervisor based on error trends or group and individual training experiences
  • Works in conjunction with Remittance Processing Supervisor to accomplish set goals and standards according to departmental polices
  • Participates in meetings regarding work-flow issues, general communications, and areas needing attention.
  • Assist in the creation of and maintenance of documentation on policies and procedures
  • Responsible to aid in establishing a healthy working environment by maintaining a positive disposition, encouraging Team Members, and helping Team Members by providing constructive feedback on work evaluated
  • Other duties as assigned



Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Highly skilled in and knowledgeable of all aspects of Partner mail functions and regulations
  • Recommended: A minimum of one year experience in Partner Mail department or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Office Suites including MS Outlook, Excel and Word 



  • Standard Office Equipment



  • Must be able to work overtime on an “as needed basis”
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • Must be able to sit at workstation for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work a scheduled shift; 8:00-4:00; 8:30-4:30
  • Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, move or carry equipment



  • Sound knowledge of KCM organizational policies and procedures
  • Must be task and goal oriented
  • Must have good command of the English language
  • Must be detail oriented with a high rate of accuracy
  • Must be able to adapt well to changing work situations
  • Must be able to grasp and apply new ideas
  • Must be able to follow direction accurately
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division
  • Must maintain a good attendance record
