8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Thursday

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting: sourcing talent, reviewing resumes and applications, interviewing, and recommending placement of staff. The recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for each position
  • Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate sourcing
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference checking, and makes recommendations for hire
  • Coordinates employment testing, background checks and new-hire drug testing
  • Responsible for constructing and sending out offer of employment letters
  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, distributing transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
  • Manages current candidate activity and all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
  • Completes weekly status reports on employment activity
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years HR/recruiting experience

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • This position requires an extremely perceptive, discerning person, who is capable of relating to diverse groups of peoples
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management in a professional manner
  • Excellent computer skills, primarily in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must possess a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge and understanding of Kenneth Copeland Ministries and the employment function

 

Other:

  • Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties or divisions
  • Must maintain a good attendance record
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

            N/A

 

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers.

 

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able stand for long periods of time
  • Must possess manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment
  • Normal range of hearing and vision
  • Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, and move or carry equipment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Works in a normal office environment and travels to other locations for networking and job fairs, etc.
