    Spanish Producer

    Television (Broadcast)

    8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Thursday




    Conduct the planning, preparation, and execution processes necessary to produce the Spanish Believers’ Voice of Victory broadcasts, webcasts, and related special projects. Work under the direction of the Weekly Broadcast Producer to coordinate the two versions of the Spanish broadcast [Spanish-U.S. & Spanish- Latin America] with the content of the English BVOV.



    • Manage day-to-day scheduling and duties related to the production of Spanish programming to ensure that production and air dates are met in a timely fashion. Oversee creative processes and contract workloads as directed by the Weekly Producer.
    • In support of KCM’s Spanish outreach, the Spanish producer provides video materials (used to create product and resources) for downloads, as well as for use in both broadcast and web media such as Vimeo, Facebook, and on the Spanish website.
    • Obtain accurate translation of English into Spanish and maintain the integrity and intent of the original message. Review the work of translators, proofers, video editors, spot and segment producers and voice talent, directing any necessary corrections to maintain good quality.
    • Advise the Weekly Broadcast Producer concerning any program content originating in the English version that might be considered inappropriate, objectionable, or offensive to the Hispanic audience.
    • Coordinate and track production information such as formats, invoices, program uploads to the ENLACE network, and production schedules to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
    • Oversee the production and/or revision of spots, special features and various other segments for use in the Spanish broadcast. Plan and direct shoots to obtain unique footage for Spanish spots and segments.
    •  Conduct testimonial interviews in Spanish and produce those segments for use in the broadcast and on the website
    • Be able to write copy in Spanish for spots, segments, and program intros and closes.
    • Maintain an atmosphere that fuels the creative process among all personnel associated with the Spanish   broadcast. Make every effort to maintain good communication and positive relationships with KCM partners and friends, contractors, suppliers and production companies.





    Education and Experience:

    • High School Graduate
    • A minimum of 5 years TV production experience, specifically in producing programs for broadcast
    • Bachelor Degree preferred in related field
    • Some experience in one or more of the following environments: studio and/or remote production, production facility, film industry, internet-media Company, etc. 

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Must be fully bilingual (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish—highly prefer a native Spanish speaker. Ability to translate both ways between the two languages, as needed
    • Knowledgeable about the regional differences in the Spanish language and culture across the broad international Hispanic community. Past international travel and/or living opportunities preferred.
    • Working knowledge of pre-production, production and post-production process
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Capable of working under short time frames with the ability to make quick decisions, and ability to work on multiple projects at one time
    • Must have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate direction and work well with people in a collaborative setting
    • Positive attitude, flexible to change, professional approach and presentation
    • Basic working knowledge of television equipment and systems; knowledge of computer-assisted video editing helpful
    • Ability to type 35 wpm, no errors
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point



    • Computer, printer, telephone, TV graphics software, TV, DVD, and CD player, time clocks and calculators, and any other TV related equipment



    • Able to lift 30 lbs
    • Must be able to sit at a computer for a minimum of seven hours per day
    • Must be able to stand for a minimum of five hours per day
    • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, copiers, telephones, and other office equipment
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
    • Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, move and carry equipment



    • Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans
    • Must be very organized and require minimum instruction
    • Must understand vague and implicit instructions, and react favorably in all work situations
    • Must be detailed, organized and communicative
    • Must be task and goal oriented, with ability to multi-task
    • Must adapt well to changing work situations
    • Must be able to grasp and apply new ideas

    • Must relate and interact with people at all levels



    • Works in normal office and/or studio environments. General working conditions are similar to those of other tele-production facilities. Working conditions on remote productions are typical to such productions. Physical disabilities would limit one’s effectiveness on remote production.
    • Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends, as needed. Must be able to travel and be away from home for up to a week to ten days at a time.


    • Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
    • Must be familiar and aligned with the international vision of Kenneth Copeland Ministries
    • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division
    • Must maintain a good attendance record
